Curupira (The Demon)
played by Emilie de Ravin

Curupira is the guardian for all the animals of the forest. A powerful spirit-demon, she permits the killing of animals for food, shelter and medicines, but severely punishes those who abuse these privileges. Those who harm her animals never live to regret it. she sucks the life out of them and gives it to the animals.

Curupira gave Dar his powers and she never lets Dar  forget his duty to watch over her forests and the animals. curupira  loves Dar but she can't have him because he's human. But Curupira  helps Dar in his journeys with much needed information.
